이 약관은 incluway(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 다국어 메뉴 서비스 MENU 56(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
서비스는 음식점이 메뉴를 등록·수정하고, 여러 언어로 된 온라인 메뉴와 인쇄용 PDF를 만들 수 있게 해 줍니다. 자동 번역은 참고용이며, 가게에서 내용을 확인하고 고칠 수 있습니다.
가게는 정확한 정보로 가입해야 하며, 관리 비밀번호는 가게가 직접 관리합니다. 비밀번호 관리 소홀로 생긴 손해는 가게가 책임집니다.
메뉴 이름, 가격, 알레르기·원재료 표시 등 가게가 입력한 내용의 정확성은 가게가 책임집니다. 운영자는 자동 번역이나 가게 입력 내용의 오류로 생긴 손해를 책임지지 않습니다.
MENU 56이 제공하는 음식 사진·문구·디자인의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 가게는 이 서비스의 메뉴와 인쇄물에만 쓸 수 있으며, 그 밖의 곳(다른 웹사이트·SNS·광고·다른 서비스 등)에 복사·저장·가공해 쓰는 것을 금지합니다. 무단 사용이 확인되면 운영자는 삭제를 요구하고 이용을 정지할 수 있습니다.
가게는 직접 찍었거나 사용 허락을 받은 사진만 올려야 합니다. 다른 사람의 저작권·초상권을 침해하는 사진이 확인되면 운영자는 알림 없이 삭제할 수 있으며, 그로 인한 책임은 사진을 올린 가게에 있습니다.
가게가 직접 올리는 「가게 풍경」 사진은 가게의 외관·내부·자리·간판·요리 등 가게 풍경에 한합니다. 사람의 얼굴이 나오는 사진과 초상권·저작권에 문제가 있는 사진은 올릴 수 없습니다. 음란·폭력 등 어린이가 보기에 부적절한 사진은 발견 즉시 삭제하며, 해당 가게의 이용을 1개월간 정지합니다. 이 규칙을 어겨 생기는 모든 책임은 점주에게 있습니다.
법령이나 공공질서에 어긋나는 내용, 다른 사람을 속이거나 해치는 내용, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 금지합니다. 위반 시 운영자는 이용을 정지할 수 있습니다.
이용료는 한 달 1,980엔입니다. 가입할 때 사무 수수료 3,000엔(1회)을 내십니다. 2개월째부터 계속 이용하시면 그달 이용료부터 3,000엔을 차감해 드립니다(사무 수수료 실질 0엔). 카드 결제는 매월 자동으로 연장되고(한 달 1,980엔), 현금(계좌이체)은 1개월·3개월·6개월·12개월 중 골라 미리 냅니다. 1개월 이용료로 다 빼지 못한 사무 수수료는 다음 달 이후 이용료에서 뺍니다. 계좌이체 송금 수수료는 가입자 부담입니다. 자세한 내용은 「환불·해지 안내」를 따릅니다.
운영자는 미리 알린 뒤 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 부득이한 경우에는 사전 안내 없이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 가게가 최근 3개월 동안 낸 이용료를 넘는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이 약관은 일본 법률을 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 지방법원을 제1심 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
가게 이름·주소·전화번호·영업시간 등 가게 정보, 사장님 휴대폰 번호와 이메일 주소, 관리 화면에서 입력한 작업자 이름과 수정 기록을 받습니다. 메뉴를 보는 손님의 개인정보는 받지 않습니다. 다만 손님이 예약 요청이나 문의를 보낼 때는 입력한 내용과 보낸 곳의 IP 주소를 기록하며, IP 주소는 부정 이용·방해 행위를 막는 목적(차단 등)에만 씁니다.
서비스 제공, 로그인·비밀번호 재설정, 이용 기간 안내(메일), 문의 답변, 부정 이용 방지에만 씁니다.
법령에 따른 경우를 빼고, 본인 동의 없이 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 서버·데이터 보관(Cloudflare, Supabase), 결제(Stripe) 업체에 처리를 맡길 수 있습니다. 카드번호는 Stripe가 직접 받아 보관하며 MENU 56(운영자)에는 전달되지 않습니다. 이들 업체는 맡긴 일 외에는 정보를 쓰지 않습니다.
이용이 끝나면 3개월 뒤에 지웁니다. 다만 법령에서 보관을 요구하는 결제 기록은 정해진 기간 동안 보관합니다.
가게 이름·주소·가게 전화·영업시간·메뉴는 손님용 메뉴 화면에 공개됩니다. 사장님 휴대폰 번호와 이메일은 공개되지 않습니다.

처음 1개월은 무료입니다. 체험 중에 카드를 등록하지 않거나 이용료를 내지 않으면 체험이 끝난 뒤 메뉴가 비공개로 바뀝니다. 계좌이체는 자동으로 결제되지 않으며, 기간이 끝나기 전에 메일로 알려 드립니다.
이용료는 결제와 동시에 이용이 시작되는 디지털 서비스이므로, 결제 뒤에는 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 운영자 사정으로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우에는 남은 기간만큼 돌려 드립니다.
디자인 작업을 시작하기 전에 취소하시면 전액 돌려 드립니다. 작업을 시작한 뒤에는 환불되지 않습니다. 인쇄비는 실비로, 인쇄 주문 뒤에는 취소할 수 없습니다.
카드 자동 결제는 다음 결제일 전에 관리 화면에서 해지할 수 있으며, 이미 결제한 달의 말일까지 쓰실 수 있습니다. 계약 기간(카드는 결제한 달, 계좌이체는 선납한 3·6·12개월) 도중에 해지하셔도 남은 기간의 요금은 환불되지 않습니다. 계좌이체는 다음 기간을 내지 않으면 기간이 끝난 뒤 메뉴가 비공개로 바뀝니다. 가게 정보는 이용이 끝난 뒤 3개월 뒤에 삭제됩니다.
홈페이지는 무료 주소(가게이름.menu56.com)로 공개되며, MENU 56을 이용하시는 동안 제공합니다. 해지하신 뒤에도 3개월 동안 그대로 유지한 뒤 종료합니다. 그 기간 안에 요청하시면 홈페이지 파일을 무료로 넘겨 드리며, 다른 주소에서 계속 쓰실 수 있습니다. 이미 받은 제작비는 환불되지 않습니다.
가입 축하 500P, 3·6개월 결제 때 결제액의 5%, 12개월 선납 때 10%, 구글 지도·SNS 소개 300P(1회, 운영자 확인 후), 소개한 가게가 첫 유료 결제를 하면 1,980P를 드립니다. 소개받은 가게는 무료 체험이 1개월 늘어납니다(가입 후 14일 안·첫 결제 전, 1회). 1포인트는 1엔이며 MENU 56 이용료에만 쓸 수 있고 다음 연장 결제에서 차감합니다. 유효기간은 받은 날부터 1년이며, 현금 교환·양도는 할 수 없습니다. 해지하면 남은 포인트는 소멸합니다. 부정한 방법(자기 소개, 허위 가입 등)으로 받은 포인트는 취소할 수 있으며, 운영자는 제도를 바꾸거나 끝낼 수 있습니다(바꿀 때는 미리 알립니다).

本規約は、incluway（以下「運営者」）が提供する多言語メニューサービス「MENU 56」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは、飲食店がメニューを登録・編集し、多言語のオンラインメニューと印刷用PDFを作成できるサービスです。自動翻訳は参考用であり、店舗が内容を確認・修正できます。
店舗は正確な情報で登録し、管理用パスワードを自ら管理するものとします。パスワードの管理不備による損害は店舗の責任となります。
料理名、価格、アレルギー・原材料表示など、店舗が入力した内容の正確性は店舗が責任を負います。運営者は、自動翻訳や入力内容の誤りによって生じた損害について責任を負いません。
MENU 56が提供する料理写真・文章・デザインの権利は運営者に帰属します。店舗は本サービスのメニューと印刷物にのみ使用でき、それ以外（他のウェブサイト・SNS・広告・他サービス等）への複製・保存・加工による使用を禁止します。無断使用が確認された場合、運営者は削除を求め、利用を停止できます。
店舗は、自ら撮影した写真または使用許諾を得た写真のみを掲載するものとします。第三者の著作権・肖像権を侵害する写真が確認された場合、運営者は予告なく削除でき、その責任は掲載した店舗が負います。
店舗が自ら載せる「お店の風景」の写真は、外観・店内・席・看板・料理などお店の風景に限ります。人物の顔が写った写真や、肖像権・著作権に問題のある写真は載せられません。わいせつ・暴力など子どもが見るのにふさわしくない写真は見つかり次第削除し、その店舗のご利用を1か月間停止します。このルールに違反して生じるすべての責任は店主が負います。
法令や公序良俗に反する内容、他人を欺いたり害したりする内容、本サービスの運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。違反があった場合、運営者は利用を停止できます。
利用料は月額1,980円です。ご登録時に事務手数料3,000円（1回のみ）をお支払いいただきます。2か月目以降も続けてご利用の場合は、その月の利用料から3,000円を差し引きます（事務手数料は実質0円）。クレジットカードは毎月の自動更新（月額1,980円）、銀行振込は1か月・3か月・6か月・12か月から選んで前払いします。1か月分の利用料で差し引ききれない事務手数料は、翌月以降の利用料から差し引きます。銀行振込の振込手数料はご利用者さまのご負担となります。詳細は「返金・解約について」に従います。
運営者は、事前に告知したうえで本サービスの内容を変更・終了できます。天災やシステム障害などやむを得ない場合は、予告なく一時停止することがあります。
運営者は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、店舗が直近3か月に支払った利用料を上限として責任を負います。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
店名・住所・電話番号・営業時間などの店舗情報、店主さまの携帯電話番号とメールアドレス、管理画面で入力された作業者名と編集履歴を取得します。メニューを閲覧するお客さまの個人情報は取得しません。ただし、予約リクエストやお問い合わせの送信時には入力内容と送信元のIPアドレスを記録し、IPアドレスは不正利用・迷惑行為の防止（ブロック等）の目的にのみ使用します。
本サービスの提供、ログイン・パスワード再設定、利用期限のお知らせ（メール）、お問い合わせへの回答、不正利用の防止にのみ利用します。
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。
運営のため、サーバー・データ保管（Cloudflare、Supabase）、決済（Stripe）の事業者に処理を委託することがあります。カード番号はStripeが直接受け取り保管し、MENU 56（運営者）には届きません。委託先は委託業務以外に情報を利用しません。
ご利用終了から3か月後に削除します。ただし、法令で保存が義務づけられた決済記録は所定の期間保存します。
店名・住所・店舗電話・営業時間・メニューは、お客さま向けメニュー画面に公開されます。店主さまの携帯電話番号とメールアドレスは公開されません。
ご本人の情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用停止をご希望の場合は、下記メールまでご連絡ください。

利用料は月額1,980円で、ご登録時に事務手数料3,000円（1回のみ）がかかります。2か月目以降も続けてご利用の場合は、その月の利用料から3,000円を差し引きます（事務手数料は実質0円）。クレジットカードは毎月の自動決済（月額1,980円・自動更新）、銀行振込は1か月1,980円・3か月5,940円・6か月10,890円・12か月19,800円から選んで前払いします。銀行振込の振込手数料はご利用者さまのご負担となります。お支払い確認後、領収書を発行します。
最初の1か月は無料です。お試し期間中にカード登録またはお支払いがない場合、お試し終了後にメニューが非公開になります。銀行振込は自動で課金されることはなく、期限前にメールでお知らせします。
利用料はお支払いと同時に利用が始まるデジタルサービスのため、お支払い後の返金はいたしかねます。ただし、運営者の都合でサービスを提供できなかった場合は、残り期間分を返金します。
デザイン作業の開始前にキャンセルされた場合は全額返金します。作業開始後の返金はいたしかねます。印刷費は実費で、印刷発注後のキャンセルはできません。
カードの自動更新は次回決済日の前までに管理画面から解約でき、お支払い済みの月の末日までご利用いただけます。契約期間（カードはお支払い済みの月、銀行振込は前払いした3・6・12か月）の途中で解約された場合も、残り期間分の料金は返金いたしません。銀行振込は次の期間分をお支払いいただかなければ、期限終了後にメニューが非公開になります。店舗情報はご利用終了の3か月後に削除します。
ホームページは無料アドレス（店名.menu56.com）で公開し、MENU 56のご利用中に提供します。解約後も3か月間はそのまま公開し、その後終了します。この期間内にお申し出いただければ、ホームページのファイルを無料でお渡しし、別のアドレスで引き続きお使いいただけます。お支払い済みの制作費は返金いたしません。
ご登録のお祝い500P、3・6か月のお支払いでお支払い額の5%、12か月前払いで10%、Googleマップ・SNSへの投稿で300P（1回・運営者確認後）、ご紹介したお店が初回の有料のお支払いをすると1,980Pを付与します。ご紹介されたお店は無料体験が1か月延びます（登録後14日以内・初回のお支払い前、1回）。1ポイントは1円で、MENU 56の利用料にのみ使え、次回の更新のお支払いで差し引きます。有効期限は付与日から1年で、現金への交換・譲渡はできません。解約すると残りのポイントは失効します。不正な方法（自己紹介、虚偽の登録など）で得たポイントは取り消すことがあり、運営者は制度を変更・終了することがあります（変更時は事前にお知らせします）。

These terms set out the conditions for using MENU 56 (the "Service"), a multilingual menu service run by incluway (the "Operator").
The Service lets restaurants add and edit their menus and create multilingual online menus and printable PDFs. Automatic translations are provided for reference, and restaurants can check and correct them.
Restaurants must register with accurate information and keep their admin password safe. Any loss caused by careless handling of the password is the restaurant's responsibility.
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter, including dish names, prices, allergens and ingredients. The Operator is not liable for loss caused by errors in automatic translation or in content entered by the restaurant.
All dish photos, text and designs provided by MENU 56 belong to the Operator. Restaurants may use them only in their MENU 56 menus and printed menus; copying, saving, editing or using them anywhere else (other websites, social media, advertising or other services) is prohibited. If unauthorized use is found, the Operator may demand removal and suspend the account.
Restaurants may upload only photos they took themselves or have permission to use. The Operator may remove, without notice, any photo found to infringe someone else's copyright or image rights; the restaurant that uploaded it bears responsibility.
"Our Restaurant" photos that restaurants upload themselves must show only the restaurant itself (outside, inside, seating, sign, dishes, etc.). Photos showing people's faces, or photos with portrait-right or copyright problems, may not be uploaded. Indecent, violent or other photos unsuitable for children are deleted as soon as they are found, and the restaurant's account is suspended for 1 month. The owner bears full responsibility for anything arising from breaking this rule.
Content that breaks the law or public order, content that deceives or harms others, and anything that disrupts the Service are prohibited. The Operator may suspend accounts that break this rule.
The fee is ¥1,980 a month. A one-time administrative fee of ¥3,000 is paid at sign-up. If you continue from the second month, ¥3,000 is deducted from your fees starting that month (effectively ¥0). Card payments renew automatically every month (¥1,980/month); bank transfers are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Any part of the administrative fee not covered by one month's fee is deducted from the following months. Bank transfer fees are paid by the subscriber. See Refunds & cancellation for details.
The Operator may change or end the Service after giving notice. In unavoidable cases such as natural disasters or system failures, the Service may be suspended temporarily without notice.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator's liability for loss arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees the restaurant paid in the previous three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
Restaurant details such as name, address, phone number and opening hours; the owner's mobile number and email address; and the editor names and edit history entered in the admin screen. We do not collect personal information from guests viewing a menu. When a reservation request or inquiry is sent, we record what was entered and the sender's IP address; the IP address is used only to prevent misuse and harassment (for example, blocking).
Only to provide the Service, handle sign-in and password resets, send pass reminders by email, answer enquiries, and prevent misuse.
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
We may use providers for hosting and data storage (Cloudflare, Supabase) and payments (Stripe). They use the information only to perform those tasks. Card numbers are received and kept directly by Stripe and never reach MENU 56 (the Operator).
We delete your information three months after you stop using the Service, except payment records we must keep by law.
Restaurant name, address, restaurant phone, opening hours and menu appear on the guest menu. The owner's mobile number and email address are never shown.

The fee is ¥1,980 a month, plus a one-time administrative fee of ¥3,000 paid at sign-up, which is deducted from your fees from the second month if you continue (effectively ¥0). Credit cards are charged automatically every month (¥1,980, auto-renewal); bank transfers are prepaid for 1 month (¥1,980), 3 months (¥5,940), 6 months (¥10,890) or 12 months (¥19,800). Bank transfer fees are paid by the subscriber. A receipt is issued once payment is confirmed.
The first month is free. If you have not added a card or paid by the end of the trial, your menu is set to private. Bank transfers are never charged automatically, and we remind you by email before your time runs out.
Fees are for a digital service that starts as soon as you pay, so they cannot be refunded after payment. If the Operator is unable to provide the Service, we refund the unused period.
Cancel before design work begins for a full refund. No refunds once work has started. Printing is charged at cost and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
You can cancel card auto-renewal in the admin screen before the next billing date and keep using the Service until the end of the month you have paid for. If you cancel during a contract period (the paid month for card, or the prepaid 3, 6 or 12 months for bank transfer), fees for the remaining period are not refunded. With bank transfer, your menu is set to private when the paid period ends unless you pay for the next one. Restaurant details are deleted three months after use ends.
Your website is published at a free address (yourshop.menu56.com), provided while you use MENU 56. After you cancel, it stays up for 3 months and then ends. If you ask within that period, we hand over the website files free of charge so you can keep using them at another address. Production fees already paid are not refunded.
We give 500P on sign-up, 5% of each 3- or 6-month payment, 10% when you prepay 12 months, 300P for a Google Maps or social media post (once, after the operator checks it), and 1,980P when a shop you referred makes its first paid payment. A referred shop gets one extra month of free trial (within 14 days of sign-up and before the first payment, once). 1 point equals ¥1, can be used only for MENU 56 fees, and is taken off your next renewal. Points are valid for 1 year from the day received, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Remaining points expire when you cancel. Points obtained improperly (self-referral, fake sign-ups, etc.) may be cancelled, and the operator may change or end the program (changes are announced in advance).
